I believe that through life, there are times where we stray away from “the path”. No matter the reason, my goal is to build the therapeutic rapport needed with clients to establish the foundation for them to keep moving forward. My hope is for all clients to have a space where they can gain insight and awareness about themselves and their journey. I am committed to helping others connect to their core selves. Some of the interventions I tend to utilize during counseling are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), along with viewing situations from a trauma informed and person centered lens. I have experience working within the foster care system, and also have a background in school counseling. Never fear the possibility of your life’s onward trajectory; trust the process!
