• Brittney Dane, MC

    Professional Counselor Associate (R11570)

    Junior Clinician

I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, working together with clients to foster curiosity, deepen insight, and develop practical strategies to reduce distress and interrupt unhelpful patterns. Clinically, I draw from relational and attachment theories and integrate evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and exposure therapy, to meet individual needs.
With an eclectic background in adult and adolescent mental health treatment, anxiety and OCD research, outdoor education, and wilderness guiding, I understand that growth often occurs at the intersection of challenge, reflection, and support.
