    Licensed Professional Counselor (9413)

    Senior Clinician

I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment to help children, adolescents, adults and families navigate the ups and downs of life and reach their therapeutic goals.

I specialise in working with OCD, anxiety disorders, and children and use a variety of evidence based techniques, frequently drawing on Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have completed the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) as well as Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) and SPACE for ARFID. Previous to private practice I worked as a school counselor for three years and am familiar with school systems and challenges.
