    Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L15951)

Welcome! Beginning the search for the best fit therapist for you can be intimidating, I'm so glad you're here. Let 's talk about how I can be an advocate in your healing journey, and how we can work in tandem towards your goals for tangible and lasting change. We will look at all domains of your life, from social constructs, family dynamics, attachment, and life transitions. I strive to provide a warm and inviting brave place for individuals who are motivated to begin or continue their healing journey.

I utilize a variety of therapies that best fit the individual such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma Focused CBT), Motivational interviewing, and Somatic Therapy. I provide tools outside of talk therapy such as journals, drawing, painting, crafting, games, visuals, mind/body connection.

The most important part of therapy is the connection you have with your therapist, and the trust that is built along the way. I believe the connection you build with your therapist is a great starting off point to encourage both individual and community healing. We cannot heal or do this work alone!
